What is a typical project timeline?

Is there a charge for an initial consultation?
No, we're happy to advise, explain your options and then go away and provide a proposal and an initial cost. If we think there is a better option available to you than what we could provide we'll tell you. We're always transparent.

How do we ensure we get what we actually want?
This is the biggest problem of all and one that over many years we've realised is only resolved by building a prototype and then to 'build a bit more', check it meets what you need and then 'build again'. We then repeat this process will we're successful. This approach ensures you get precisely what you want with the minimum of disruption and at the lowest cost.
